Administrator: Heather Presch

Heather Presch has lived in Springfield for 12 years with her Husband Bill and two childern Hannah and Sam.She was raised in Londonery and Chester Vermont and graduated from Green Mountain High School. She then went on to get her Associates in Occupational Therapy from RiverValley Community College in Claremont, NH. She subsequently persued her Bachelors in Health Care from Granite State College. Heather has been working in the health care field for the past 13 years. She enjoys her time with family and freinds, golfing, reading, home renovation projects and watching her childern participate in local sports.

Director of Admissions: Brittany Dion-Cavacas

Brittany comes to us from a family with an extensive back ground, owning and operating a Nursing home Rutland. She is finishing up her B.A from Johnson State College in Rutland in Health Care Administration. She was born and raised in Rutland Vermont where she still lives. Outside of the work live Brittany is a dance instructor to many of the children in her town. She travels a great distant to keep up with her training at the Broadway Dance Center in Manhattan, New York with world know dance instructors. She has a true passion for the York beach and Walt Disney World where she goes often and with extended family members.

Director of Nursing Services: Sarah Bates, ADN

Sarah is a graduate of River Valley Technical College and comes to Springfield Health and Rehab Center with an extensive background in long term care and acute care settings. Coming up thru the ranks from being an LNA, and then LPN to RN; she has worked as an Assistant Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing. Sarah also comes with experience in staff development, infection control and wound care. Sarah resides in the White Mountain State of New Hampshire with her husband, 3 children, horses, cows and dogs.

Director of Rehabilitation: Kim McGrath, RPT

Kimberly comes to Springfield Health and Rehab Center with 21 years of experience in the physical therapy arena. Kimberly is a graduate from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, New Jersey. Kimberly previously worked for Kessler Institute of Rehabilitation in New Jersey. Kimberly is a proud mother of three children, of two who attend college at Virginia Tech and Missouri State. Kimberly resides in southern Vermont where she enjoys the outdoors, hiking and kayaking.

Director of Social Services: Mary Coonrodt, RN

Mary Coonrodt RN, was raised in upstate New York and has lived in Vermont for 33 years. She started out as a nurses aide and then went on to graduate from St Elizabeth Hospital as a x-ray tech. When her daughter went to Johnson State she then decided she woudl go back to school and earned her degree in nursing. She started working at SHRC in 1999 and left for a short time in 2003 to head to Las Vegas but then wanted to be newar family so she moved back to Vermont. She joined the family at SHRC in March of 2011 working on 3-11 and then became the Director of Social Services in August of 2011. She has joined greatly working with the team here in SPringfield
