Director of Admissions: Cathy Connors

Cathy Connors, LPN, Admissions and Marketing Director. Cathy has been an LPN for over 35 years. A third of her experience has been in long term care. She received her LPN degree at Mid - Suffolk School for Practical Nursing on Long Island in 1974. She has a wide base of experience, from working in doctors offices to working in the emergency room,and most everything in between.

Director of Nursing Services: Angela Sadlowski

Director of Social Services: Jenny Reilly, LICSW

Jenny has been a social worker for over 20 years. She received her Masters degree from Fordham University and earned a certificate in Gerontological Social Work. She has experience working in nursing homes and prior to coming to Springfield Health and Rehab Center she worked for Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of VT and NH for the past 8 years both in home care and hospice. Jenny is a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Vermont.
